The grand opening of the new Recovery Zone was on 11th of July 2025. As an extension of our gym in the Canggu area, this new recovery area will elevate your fitness and wellness journey to the next level. This is also part of our ongoing Elementals theme, “Balancing Wellness and Strength”, this dedicated space brings together the powerful forces of heat, cold, and water to support your full-body recovery as part of your fitness journey.
With the Mediterranean-inspired oasis design, we want to help you recharge, relax, and connect. This serene space features a soothing sauna, an invigorating cold plunge, and a luxurious jacuzzi, all tailored to support your post-workout recovery. Whether you’re aiming to relax tight muscles, speed up recovery, reduce stress, or simply unwind with friends, our Recovery Zone offers the perfect balance of wellness and community.
To complement your recovery experience, we’re also introducing a cozy lounge area and a stylish mini bar. Designed as a social hub within the Recovery Zone, this space offers a place to relax, connect, and recharge with others.
The mini bar will feature a curated selection of smoothies and refreshing beverages to help you hydrate and refuel post-workout. Relax solo or mingle with friends in a stylish space that keeps your wellness journey going.
